THE SILENT CRISIS: WOMEN, BUSINESS AND HORMONAL HEALTH

BEHIND THE STRONG PERFORMANCE, productivity, and dedication of women in the workplace lies a silent struggle that extends to every level within the organization.

From emerging professionals to seasoned leaders, women at all levels grapple with the challenge of balancing high-stakes performance with the physical, emotional and mental impact of their natural cycles and life transitions.

These factors are contributing to high rates of stress and burnout among ambitious business leaders, founders and entrepreneurs.
