When I was struggling with my own hormonal and digestive issues, as a Registered Dietitian, I thought, “I don’t need any help. I know what to do.” The truth was, if I knew what to do to recover my health and relationship with food, I would have already been doing it.

When I finally got help, my doctor told me, after comprehensive testing that I was essentially in a peri-menopausal state - at the age of 36. Reflecting back, if only I had been honest about my struggles and found the support I needed sooner, I would have saved myself years of suffering from the symptoms of menopause, living so far from the potential and possibilities available for my life.

Today, having healed my relationship with food, the war with my body and the hormonal, adrenal and digestive issues that manifested as a result, I am healthier than ever and know my journey was the preparation I needed to serve other women who find themselves with these same struggles.

  • Complete a thorough assessment: I will dive deep into your unique circumstances. We will explore your medical history, lifestyle habits, stress levels, exercise routine, sleep patterns, and specifically address the primary issues that are causing you the most distress. For most of my clients these are hormonal weight gain, hot flashes, joint aches and pains, trouble sleeping and brain fog. This assessment will serve as our foundation and allow us to co-create a personalized plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

  • Set the vision: Establish actionable and achievable goals that you can be 100% confident you WILL achieve, along with the accountability you need to stay on track to ensure your success.

  • Develop a personalized nutrition plan: Includes the nutrients, foods and meals specifically designed to support your goals and symptom relief. You will be provided with structure and guidance on the foods, nutrients and correct ratios to support your hormone health. This plan will also include foods that protect your brain, health and heart from the declines in estrogen.

  • Self-Care integration: Bring your nutrition, movement and mindfulness practices into a structured plan that take the guesswork out of your daily self-care routine so you can manage your time more efficiently and get the things that matters most, done.

  • Identify and strategize roadblocks: We look at anything causing roadblocks to your success, including the thoughts that are creating your results.   • Resources and educational opportunities: These guides, handouts and other tools empower you with more information so you can take control of your current and future health.

  • Utilize tracking tools: We measure and monitor your progress over the course of the program and you receive weekly feedback so we can be sure to celebrate your wins while addressing opportunities to refine our approach.
